At the beginning of this week, I was in Hannover/Germany for a business trip.Since the weather was freezing I could not find a chance to discover the city but again since the weather was freezing and therefore I spent all of my time in warm venues, I could find so many chances to eat . My first station was Nordsee as soon as I stepped on the city.
I first met Nordsee two years ago in Wien. As you know we are very fond of seafood.We were overwhelmed when we first saw the Nordsee counter.Currently there is a Nordsee branch at İstiklal street in İstanbul but the prices in Turkey is much higher than the ones in Germany. Nordsee has been serving food since 1896.
I ordered green shrimp salad this time. It was utterly a perfect selection.First of all, there was too much shrimp in the salad. With plenty of mozzerella cheese and greens , I suddenly stepped into a tasty world which was very delicious.I preferred yoghurt dressing.It was better on the green than it was on shrimp.After all, I left the Nordsee with full stomach and big smileon my face.I strongly suggest everybody to go and eat at Nordsee whoever step by.

Bu hafta başında iş gezisi nedeni ile Almanya Hannover şehrindeydim. Havanın çok soğuk olması nedeni ile şehri keşfetme imkanı pek bulamadım ama yine havanın çok soğuk olması nedeni ile sürekli kapalı mekanlarda bulunduğum için bol bol yemek yeme fırsatı yakaladım diyebilirim. Şehre gider gitmez ilk durağım Nordsee oldu.
Nordsee ile tanışmam iki yıl önceViyana'da gerçekleşmişti..Deniz mahsüllerine olan düşkünlüğümüz malum..Nordsee'nin tezgahını görür görmez kendimizden geçmiştik. Şu an İstiklal caddesinde bir şubesi mevcut ama fiyatlar özellikle Almanya ile karşılaştırılınca oldukça yüksek.1896'dan beri hizmet veren bir Alman işletmesi.
Bu seferinde karides salatasını tercih ettim.Tek kelime ile mükemmel bir seçimdi diyebilirim.Öncelikle içindeki karides miktarı çok fazlaydı. Bol mozerella peyniri ve akdeniz yeşillikleri ile tadına doyulmaz bir lezzet dünyasına adım attım bir anda. Üzerine ise yoğurt sosu tercih ettim. yoğurt sosu karidese değil ama yeşilliğe çok yakıştı.Neticede, öğle yemeği için uğradığım Nordsee'den karnım tok,yüzümde kocaman bir gülümseme ile ayrıldım...Yolu Nordsee'den geçen herkese uğrmalarını şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.
